Today Alegria had her 9-month baby well check appointment. Everything went well. Alegria weighs 20 pounds and is 29 inches tall. She's in the 50th percentile for her weight and in the 75th percentile for her height and head circumference. I forgot how big her head was. Oh well. When Dr. Anderson was checking Alegria's joints, she noted Alegria's little chubby thighs and said that she could tell Alegria's NOT starving! Ain't THAT the truth?! After the appointment, the doctor said that she found out what we already know...that Alegria's PERFECT! :)
On a sad note, Dr. Anderson's husband is getting transferred to a different location (he's in the Army, like Cameron), and so Dr. Anderson will be leaving our clinic. It's so sad because we had just found Dr. Anderson and she's so great!!! But now she's leaving and we'll have to take Alegria to another doctor. :(
Anyway. When we got home, we all relaxed and just watched Alegria play and explore...

Unfortunately, Alegria's not allowed to play with the entertainment center's glass doors, so Daddy distracted her and played with her elsewhere. She was not amused.
Alegria also had her first experience with bubbles today! Almalia blew some bubbles for her after lunch and Alegria was quite intrigued!It was another fun day spent as a family! :)
